Return Policy


Return Policy for Beseye's Official Website

1. For the products (including accessories) sold on the official website and the unopened serial number card, consumers are entitled to the seven-day warranty period after the arrival of the goods. After such period, we will not accept return requests based on user-attributed reasons. Once the serial number card is opened, the seven-day warranty period does not apply, and all return requests will not be accepted. 

(Note: Warranty period is not trial period.)

2. Seven-day warranty period does not apply to Cloud storage plans obtained through online subscription.

3. If there is a product that needs to be returned within the seven-day warranty period, please provide return information to Beseye's customer service and send the product back. Beseye will accept return and proceed with the rest of the procedures after customer service confirms that the product is brand new and complete (product, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or information shall be complete) and the purchase receipt is attached. However, the foregoing does not apply where the product received is damaged, lost, or altered due to the necessity of inspection or causes not attributable to consumers.

If the returned product is incomplete, misses accessories, has damages not existing upon delivery, or if the returned product is damaged, lost or altered not necessary for consumer inspection or for reasons attributable to the consumer, the return will not be accepted.

4. Products purchased on Beseye's official website can only be returned. We do not allow exchange of products.

5. For customers who would like to proceed with return, please submit order number, reasons of return, name of original purchaser, telephone numbers, as well as e-mail to Beseye's customer service through any of the following channels.

6. For cloud storage subscription, payment made during the subscription period cannot be refunded.

7. If you purchased Beseye product through other online sales channels, the return policy of such online sales channels shall apply.

8. In the event any dispute arises from product return, such as where litigation is necessary, it shall be submitted to Taiwan Taipei District Court for the first instance.

9. Beseye reserves the right to update the return policy at any time.

Return Policy for Physical Sales Channels Affiliated with Beseye

1. In the event consumers purchase any Beseye product in a physical sales channel, the seven-day warranty period does not apply.

2. If Beseye product was purchased through physical sales channels, the return policy of the physical sales channel shall apply.

3. Beseye reserves the right to update the return policy at any time.
